Hot water took ages. Seriously, i timed it one morning. it was like a geological event. also, no ice machines worked on any floor. the other had doors locked on a random floor. why?

i found my classy double to be quite spacious. the beds felt comfortable. i did appreciate the quick access to bayport across the street. a cvs store located nearby was convenient for forgotten items.
This made moving luggage a little difficult at peak times.

fantastic location with some minor hiccups
great locationcomplimentary baggageavailable toiletries
the location was amazing! i could easily walk to the park and watch the ships. the staff provided complimentary baggage storage even after checkout. there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the room, a nice touch.
i ended up taking the stairs because of this.

The restaurant offered authentic cuban food and tasty drinks. I thought that was really cool. franny and claudia were very accommodating. I am thankful for their help. the bar had a good selection of drinks to choose from too.

the staff was helpful and efficient. they offered useful directions. they even set up a ride to the airport for me when my cruise returned. i really appreciate the great service!

all facilities seemed very clean to me. i liked that the hotel provided a shuttle service to the port for my cruise. the attached bar and restaurant were great if i did not want to venture out.
